An important recall notice for model LJH-13810 power supply. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNPLUG OR REMOVE WHILE OPERATING!!

We have identifed a possible electrical shock risk from using a this power supply, included in a small number of Sentinel installations and some EQR-90 and EQR-120 sensor purchases between January 2020 and July 2023.  

If currently connected to a mains power source, use these images to review if your power supply is the model being recalled. If you identify this power supply please contact Canterbury Seismic at support@csi.net.nz for further advice. Note the rounded head, body shape, and red light shown in the images. If your power supply matches these images please email us for further instructions.

We are actively communicating to affected customers to advise mitigation, and safe replacement steps.
